Trendchem HT HP water chemistry monitoring system

Trendchem is a product family that includes instruments for high temperature high pressure water chemistry monitoring purposes.

Typically there is a flow-through cell that is connected with a laboratory recirculation loop or with a power plant water circulation system. Various kinds of sensors are attached to the testing cell:

• a Ag/AgCl reference electrode,

• a Pd/H2 reference electrode,

• a pH electrode,

• a conductivity sensor,

• a platinum electrode acting as a counter electrode or a redox electrode,

• corrosion probes acting as working electrodes,

• a temperature sensor,

• etc.

Cormet's data acquisition system will monitor and collect the sensor data, transfer the electrode potential values to SHE scale and calculate the HT HP pH of the flowing water.

Trendchem is especially useful during the transient phases such as start-ups, shut-downs, inhibitor injections and minor problems related to the dissolved oxygen, pH and conductivity levels.
