SOLD – 25 kN SSRT Autoclave – SOLD
We have a brand new never used 4 litre autoclave rated to 350ºC temperature and 20 MPa pressure, construction material AISI 316L (EN 1.4404). This autoclave has been equipped with a 25 kN loading device for SSRT, constant load and fatigue testing purposes. We have specimen holders for round, flat and CT-specimens available.
It is possible to equip this autoclave with a LVDT sensor for a tensile specimen strain measurement inside the autoclave. A DCPD unit can also be used with this autoclave for crack growth rate studies on CT-specimen.
Test cabinets with two chambers for H2S testing
We have cabinets for H2S testing in stock. These are typically used in HIC testing according to NACE TM0284 and in SSC testing according to NACE TM0177. Cabinets have gas management panels with mass flow controllers (MFC) for the monitoring and the data logging of the process values to PC during the testing period. The MFC data ensures that you have had the required H2S flow through your chamber during in the beginning of the test and during the regeneration periods.
These test chambers come with heating mantels to maintain the required test solution temperature. A recirculation chiller/heater can be connected straight to this cabinet. Typically one chiller/heater unit can run two cabinets equal to four testing chambers.

The cabinets have been equipped with very effective NaOH neutralization system
for the H2S waste gas. The outgoing gas flow has a very low H2S concentration
if any.
Complete testing system needs also gas cabinets and alarm system. If you lab doesn’t have these we can also offer these with installation.
